What attracts tourists to Abkhazia? Pristine nature, breathtaking views, abandoned pre-revolutionary buildings and ancient temples. In one day we will have time to cover everything! In our program:

• Gagra — the main resort city of the USSR. You will walk along the embankment, see the legendary colonnade, the Gagripsh restaurant and Prince Oldenburgsky Park, which we will discuss separately.
• Lake Ritsa, hidden in the forests between the mountains. We will approach the lake from the non-touristic side to enjoy the grandeur of the lake in solitude. I will tell you who loved to visit here and whose dacha is located nearby, and also share interesting facts about the Ritsa Nature Reserve: its flora, fauna and other attractions.
• New Athos — a pilgrimage mecca. Here you can visit the famous cave with stone waterfalls and underground lakes, see the majestic Anacopia Fortress and visit the beautiful New Athos Monastery.

Alternatively, we will go to Pitsunda, where the 4th century Patriarchal Cathedral is located, gorgeous beaches and a complex of the best sanatoriums from the Soviet era, conveying the flavor of a bygone era.

Jeep Tour Through Picturesque Places

The journey will take place in a comfortable off-road vehicle Toyota Land Cruiser 200. We will drive along mountain serpentines, where breathtaking panoramas of turquoise ribbons of rivers and emerald bowls of canyons open from above. You can stop at any place you like to take photos or just enjoy the moment.

Our driver-guide — an expert and attentive conversationalist — will turn the road into a fascinating story. He knows where the waterfall that is not written about in guidebooks is hidden, and from which point the very same breathtaking view of the mountains merging with the sea opens up.

Friendly Atmosphere

Forget about dozens of honey and wine tastings held on every corner — we won't waste time on them. I will share with you local legends associated with indigenous peoples, myths and interesting stories. Including — about the first settlers! Who lived on these lands before? What are dolmens? How did the arrival of the Russian Army change the fate of the locals? You will find places where the past is captured in stone, and hear an interesting story about the history of Abkhazia and the Abkhazians. Finally, I will definitely share useful tips on any questions: where to relax, what to try and how not to get into an awkward situation in this small but proud country.

• The excursion will be conducted by me or another guide from our team
• The journey will take place in a comfortable and safe Japanese-made off-road vehicle Toyota Land Cruiser 200. The excursion is suitable for children of any age — the car is equipped with child car seats.
• We are a team of flexible guides, ready to adjust the route according to your preferences
• We flexibly adapt the day to your interests. We offer you the most interesting locations depending on the season, your wishes and physical fitness
• Wherever you are (in Sochi, Adler, Sirius or Krasnaya Polyana) — your day will begin and end with complete convenience

What is included in the price and what is not

• Transfer from any convenient place in Krasnaya Polyana, Adler, Sochi and back is included in the price
• Meals are paid separately. At your request, we can arrange a picnic surrounded by centuries-old forest or enjoy national cuisine dishes in a traditional Patskha.
• Entrance tickets are paid separately:
  - Ritsa National Park — 700 rubles/person.
  - New Athos Cave — 700 rubles/person.

An individual tour in an off-road vehicle for you and your company. Capacity of one car — up to 6 passengers. Start from any point in Sochi, Adler, Sirius or Krasnaya Polyana. We recommend comfortable clothing and shoes — no long hiking is planned.
