These Terms of Service govern the relationship between JeepTour and users when booking tours and using the service.
By using our website and services, you confirm your agreement with these terms.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Tour booking is done through the form on the website. After submitting the request, our manager will contact you to confirm availability and agree on details.
💳 You don't need to pay anything until you receive confirmation from the organizer. Payment is made only after booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking without penalty in the following cases:
- 7 or more days before the tour start — 100% refund
- 3-6 days before the tour start — 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before — no refund
4. Client Responsibilities
When booking a tour, the client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Promptly inform about changes in plans
- Follow safety rules during the tour
5. Organizer Responsibility
JeepTour is responsible for the quality provision of ordered services in accordance with the tour program.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the route under force majeure circumstances with mandatory notification to the client.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on the site (texts, images, logos) are the property of JeepTour and are protected by copyright.
Use of site materials without written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the site.
