We offer three formats: private expeditions (just you and your guide), group tours (with other adventure seekers), and small groups up to 10 people for a more intimate atmosphere.
We don't follow standard routes. Our expeditions are real off-road adventures, remote locations unreachable by regular cars, and complete immersion in wildlife.
Choose your adventure on the website, click the booking button, select your preferred date, number of participants, and contact details. Our coordinator will contact you for confirmation.
Absolutely! The booking form has a comments field — write everything you're interested in. Guides typically respond within a few hours.
Unavailable dates mean the guide is already busy or the group is full. Choose another date or check similar tours — we have many alternative routes.
Discuss this with the guide when booking. In some cases, we can arrange additional vehicles or run an expedition specifically for your company.
Two-step system: first, you make a deposit on the website to secure your spots, then pay the remaining amount in cash to the guide upon meeting. Conditions for multi-day tours may vary.
Russian bank cards work for all tours. If you're from abroad, choose tours priced in non-ruble currencies and pay with your international card.
Free cancellation is possible 48+ hours before start. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit (exceptions in refund policy). If the guide cancels, you get 100% back.
Go to your account, open the order page, and click the cancel button at the bottom. If the tour has already passed, contact support.
The approximate meeting point is in the tour description. Exact coordinates will be emailed after your deposit is confirmed.
For group tours, the time is fixed — check the calendar for your chosen date. For private tours, you select the start time within the available range.
Our trusted companions are specially equipped off-road vehicles capable of fording rivers, mountain passes, and rough terrain. Each vehicle carries 3-4 participants plus driver-guide.
A full packing list is on each tour page. Generally: weather-appropriate clothing, trekking boots, hat, sunscreen, and a camera for incredible shots.
The day after your expedition, you'll receive an email with a review link. You can also leave a review in your account under "My Orders".
We don't publish complaints about things clearly stated in the description, off-topic reviews, overly short negative comments without specifics, or those containing insults, advertising, or personal information.
